What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts and sports?
“I have been working on my body and getting stronger so that will help me with all assets of my game.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“Mostly improving my body and getting more 3-point shots up this summer I shot 26% from 3, so learning to shoot when tired and getting lots of reps.”

How did the spring portion of the AAU season go?
“Good. Our record overall is 14-6 and 5-3 on the Adidas Gauntlet and we qualified for Los Angeles, the finale of the Gauntlet.”

What are your goals for the AAU season?
“My goals are to try and get better with some great teammates and just overall have a lot of fun.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I think our team would be really good next year. We are all in the gym a couple times a week all summer, so hopefully we can keep going to be better than we were last year.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“I think the toughest game on our schedule will be at North Linn. They are always loaded with talent and they will be loaded again next year. It should be a fun game.”

Who is the toughest individual player you will play against this winter?
“Probably Austin Hilmer. He will be one of the toughest matchups next year. It's either him or Hunter Caves from Alburnett.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“Basketball.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“UNI, Omaha-Nebraska, Army, Citadel, Emporia State, Northwest Missouri State, Minnesota State, Truman State, NW Minnesota State, and multiple D2's.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would have to say Truman State, Emporia State, UNI or Army.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I went to Emporia State last February and I went on a game day visit to Northern Iowa when they played Valparaiso.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I am going to the IBCA camp in Missouri during the live period in June 21st-23rd. I also got invited to the Basketball Academy on the last week of July.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Probably Iowa. I have always liked them my whole life.”
