How did the high school football season go overall?
“This year’s season went surprisingly well knowing the circumstances. We were able to play almost all of our games and we stayed healthy throughout the year.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My plans right now are to keep working out and to stay in shape. I have been lifting for class in school as well as after school for baseball. I'm going to play baseball this year and use that to help stay in shape.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Next football season, I think my team will go farther than we did this year. We are losing many seniors, but I think my guys can step up and strive to be better every day.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I think it would be Ankeny, Dowling, and some of the other teams like them. We played Ankeny in the playoffs and it was a dogfight.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“After a lot of seniors from other teams leave, I don’t know for sure who would be our toughest opponent. I know Xavier Nwankpa is a hard-hitting player, but overall, our team is going to be the hardest. We know that we can play with anyone. We just need to be ready and practice better every day.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love to play college football. If I had to pick anywhere, I'd say a good D1 or D2 school. My dream would be to play at Iowa or UNI.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I haven't had any colleges recruit me so far. It is mostly camp invites and things like that.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven't made any trips yet, mostly because of Covid-19.”

Do you have plans for any trips soon?
“I'm planning on visiting some colleges towards the end of this school year and this summer as well.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up
“When I was growing up, my family and I loved Iowa. My favorite school would be Iowa I'd say. I do like Oregon's football program as well though.”
