How has the season been going so far?
“I’m very happy with how our season has gone. I’m very proud to be part of a team that continues to improve every week and play at a high level.”
What are your thoughts on Southeast Polk?
“They are a very physical team. I admire how they have proven many people wrong the last few weeks.”
Will being familiar with playing at the Dome help your team?
“Yes. Being familiar with the field and not having to travel helped us stay focused on the game ahead.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“Just making sure we don’t get comfortable with where we are at and continue to improve every week. We have to make sure to execute together and players are not trying to do to two jobs at once.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“Being able to execute plays and coverage while remaining fast and physical.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, football. I have had that as a long-time goal for many years.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have no college offers at this time, but I have made connections with coaches in the region.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I am attending camp invites and touring campuses.”
Do you have plans for game day trips this fall?
“No.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Yes, the University of Northern Iowa. My father is a professor there and had taken me to many games growing up.”
