How has the season been going so far?
“We started out the season with a tough non-district schedule and I think that that prepared us for our district games. Overall, I think we’re having a great season.”

Who is your next opponent? What are your thoughts on them overall?
“We have Humboldt and I haven’t done much scouting on them. I know they’ll put up a fight.”

What do you feel your team can improve on?
“I think that our team can improve a little more on offense and driving the ball. The first few games we slacked on our run and pass game, but we’ve gotten a lot better from there so far.”

What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“The biggest thing we have to do to be successful is to believe in one another. If one person would make a bad play, we can’t be down on him. We have to let it go and move onto the next play. It’s all about the man next to you.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“My dream was to play college football ever since I was little and that has always been in my mind.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“A few DII colleges have really taken interest in me like Southwest Minnesota State, Wayne State and Minnesota State Moorhead. A lot of other DIII colleges have been looking at me as well.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“The school that has really taken interest in me has been SMSU.”

Do you have plans for game day trips this fall?
“I’ve taken one gameday visit to SMSU and I have plans on going to Wayne State and Minnesota State Moorhead.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I never had a favorite college, but I know I’ll choose my favorite soon.”
