How did the high school football season go overall?
“I thought it went really well. Not a lot of people believed in us, but we managed to win our district and get back to the playoffs.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“We’re in the middle of basketball season right now. We’re having a very good season going to this point.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“I want to put on some more muscle this off-season, get faster, and get more explosive.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“We will lose a lot of seniors from this year’s team, but we also have a lot of good pieces returning that we can build on. Our ultimate goal is to win the district again.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“Fort Dodge and Harlan will be tough in the non-district. District-wise, I think DC-G will be really good. They played a lot of younger guys this year and will return a lot of good players.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I’d like to play basketball if given the right opportunity for me.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“For basketball, Morningside, Briar Cliff, Bemidji State, Concordia, and Augustana.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Morningside.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I visited Morningside on a game day visit back in November. It went really well.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I don’t as of now, but I’m sure I’ll take some more this spring and summer.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Iowa State has always been my favorite school.”
