“I have been lifting and running every morning. Then twice a week, the team has skellys and we get an hour of work then.”
What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“I have improved on my flexibility and playing low, but I keep working on it every day.”
Who do you open the football season with? What are your thoughts on them overall?
“We open with our city rival, East High. They won’t be our toughest game, but they always present a challenge.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“We will be a tough team. We have a new coaching staff, which will give us a better cutting edge with play calls and formations.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“Our toughest game on our schedule is and has been Sergeant Bluff for the past four years.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“So far, I have gotten offers from SMSU, USF, Minnesota State, Mankato, St. Cloud, and Wayne State.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“The school that is recruiting me the hardest right now is most definitely the University of Sioux Falls.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have made three unofficial visits to UNI, SDSU, and NDSU.”
What camps did you attend this summer? How did the camps go overall?
“I went to Iowa, UNI, SDSU, NDSU, USD, the Riggs Combine, the Rivals Combine and the 3 Stripe Camp. They all went well, and I gained a lot of attention for myself. I ended up gaining five offers just from those camps alone.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I liked Nebraska just because my father liked them, but now growing up, I became an Iowa fan because of their reputation of having the best OL in the Big 10.”
