What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“We workout and then have 7-on07 where we workout together. We are working on our new offensive and defensive schemes. That is pretty much it. Then randomly we’ll get some guys on the field and run routes.”
What have you improved on the most since football wrapped up?
“Confidence and route running.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I feel we’ll be really good. We are a close group of guys and the team will be good.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“I’d have to go with Sergeant-Bluff.”
How do you feel about your first opponent of the football season in Sioux City East?
“We don’t like them. My thoughts are that we’ll go in and do our jobs. Then we’ll go home.”
Do you want to play football in college?
“Yes, definitely.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“There have just been a few emails and camp invites. Nothing really big.”
What are some of the schools?
“Northwestern and Illinois State and the main two.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ll be going to Northwestern. It is the one out of Orange City.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I went to Iowa and I am going to do a few more.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Everyone around me were Iowa fans but I liked the Michigan State running game. I’ve been a fan of that.”
