What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“I’ve definitely been lifting evert single day. We have football workouts two or three times a week and conditioning too.”
What have you improved on the most since football wrapped up?
“Definitely strength. I’ve been putting on a lot of muscle as well as arm strength. I am working on that and my agility too.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I feel we can definitely make a run at state. We have a lot of talent back and really are a unit. I think we are close and can do special things.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“Sergeant Bluff is always pretty tough. I don’t know much about Storm Lake but they beat us last year. I am definitely looking forward to that game.”
How do you feel about your first opponent of the football season in Sioux City East?
“It is always a big game. We know they will come ready to play against them.”
Do you want to play football in college?
“Yes, definitely if the opportunity presents itself. I’d like to do it.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No, not from any colleges.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I’ve been working out with a quarterback coach and I am looking at a UNI one.”

“Definitely Nebraska.”
