What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts and sports?
“This summer, I've been lifting four days a week and trying to get as many shots up as I can. I'm also playing a lot of baseball so I'm trying to balance the two.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“My main focus this year is shooting because I did have a down year from 3.”

What AAU team are you playing for this off-season? How did the spring portion of the season go
“I'm just playing with my school team in a league in Emmetsburg and a little bit with Iowa NICE when I'm not busy with baseball.”

What are your goals for the AAU season?
“My goal this summer is to try and become that vocal leader for our team.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“We should have another good year. We return 3 starters and we have guys ready to fill those spots.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“Our toughest game will be Lake Mills. We split with them last year and they're a very good team. I think they return almost everyone too.”

Who is the toughest individual player you will play against this winter?
“I think it will be Chet Helming from Lake Mills. He's a tough guard.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“Basketball.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have gotten some interest from Coe College, Midland, and Briar Cliff.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say I've communicated the most with Coe.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven't made any yet, but I will be going on some in the fall.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Always been Iowa.”
