How is the basketball season going?
"It has been going great. We are starting to come together as a team. We are all working hard every day."

What can your team improve on?
"We are refocusing on finding each other. We want to hit the other guy when he is open. We want to make the extra pass and trust our teammates."

What do you know about your next opponent in Davenport Central?
"They are a great team. We need to take care of the ball and play as a team. We have to find the open man and take advantage of running in transition to play a good game."

How do you feel about your substate draw and who is the toughest competition in there?
"We feel good. Central and North Scott will be really tough games. It'll be a good experience. We look forward to those games and making the most of them."

Do you want to play basketball in college?
"I would love to play basketball and that is what I'm working for every day. Hopefully some things open up."

What colleges have been recruiting you?
"I've had a few Division IIs and a few Division IIIs that I've been talking to."

What are some of the specific schools?
"Cornell and Loras are the Division III schools. I went to a few camps at Wayne State and William Penn."

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
"I've been talking to Cornell a lot. They are a great school but I am waiting to see what comes after the season."

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
"I've always rooted for Illinois. I live in Iowa but my dad was born in Illinois and my family lives there. I love rooting for Illinois when they play Iowa."
