How did the high school football season go overall?
“This years’ high school season went great for me and the team. We finished as district champs and made it to the first round of playoffs, which was really exciting.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I have track coming up soon and have been going to the weight room during the winter. I plan to continue doing so all summer.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“Something I need to improve on as a player is relying more on my hands. Mostly this year, I relied on my speed to make big trips plays on offense. That's something I've been focusing on.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“This year, I really feel like I can become an even bigger part of the offense. Last year, I was second on the team with 67 reception for 830 yards and I really think I can improve on that.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“We moved to a new district in 3A that has tougher competition, which just means we all have to work harder. I expect us to do the same if not better this year.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I'm really interested in playing football.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I've gotten emails from a few different schools, but they seem like ones that are sent to anyone.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I haven't really thought of that since I'm only a sophomore.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Yes, I'm a big Iowa State fan.”
