How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“Football has been going good. We are definitely seeing a different level of competition jumping up to 3A after a couple years of 2A.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“I think our team can improve on offense. We just need to find something that works and sticking to it. We are really trying to get good drives going.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“I think the biggest thing to being successful here going forward is just working hard, following our assignments, and trusting our coaches.”
What are your goals for the rest of the season?
“My goals for the rest of the season are to just work hard and show teams what Benton football is all about. I just want to keep being physical and playing hard.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Wrestling has definitely been my number one choice if I were to play a sport in college. In a perfect world, I would love to do both football and wrestling.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’m not being recruited.”
Do you have plans for game day trips this fall?
“I plan on visiting Coe College, Central College, and Upper Iowa.”

“Growing up, Iowa was my favorite college because I followed them in wrestling and football.”
