How did the high school football season go overall?
“I had a lot of fun. We had some guys get hurt, including our QB, and we still were able to get three wins. It was for sure my favorite football season so far.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I’m planning on having a good basketball and baseball season. As far as workouts go, I’m planning on getting in the weight room a lot before next football season and putting some weight on my frame.”
What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“I’m trying to get better physically. I think I had a pretty good season, but if I get faster and stronger, I’ll have a great senior season.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we have a chance to do pretty well. We have some guys coming back that we know can play. We just need some of the younger guys to grow into some bigger roles. If everyone puts the work in over the summer, we could have a winning record next season for sure.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“It’s hard to say for sure right now, but Gladbrook-Reinbeck is always pretty tough. They won our district this year and they probably have a good shot next year too.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I’d love to play baseball at a small college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I haven’t been recruited, but hopefully I can get noticed with a big junior season this summer.”

“I’ve always been a huge Iowa State fan.”
