How has the preparation been going for this upcoming season?
“It has been going really well. Our team has really good chemistry and everyone is all in.”
What are your goals for the season?
“A state championship.”
What areas do you feel your team needs to improve on?
“Some areas that I could improve on would be my top end speed.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Centennial is our first game and being that they are our crosstown rival, it is a big game. They always have had success since the split. We are hoping to have better success against them this year than last year.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I haven't really had many schools talking to me, but I am hoping this year that will change.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven't made any college trips yet.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I would like to start making some college trips.”
What camps did you do this summer and how did they go?
“I went to the Iowa State camp and I thought it went really well. Then our team went to Nebraska for a 7 on 7 camp and we did really well. We made it to the semifinals.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Iowa State is for sure my favorite.”
