What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“Coming off of track season has been an adjustment with my weights training, I’m getting back to training heavy and focusing on gaining size and strength.”

What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“My strength and speed have gotten a lot better as well as my quickness.”

What are your areas of focus going forward?
“I’ll be focusing on my hands and route-running during the summer, as well as blocking technique.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“As a team, there is no reason that we shouldn’t be in the Dome and win it all. Individually, I think this will be my year to prove that I am the real deal and to be as great as I can.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“Edgewood-Colesburg will most likely be our closest matchup. They’re a power I team and like to pound the ball. That week we will need to get everyone ready to hit and get after it.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love to play sports in college and the question I get the most is which one? Ideally, both, but with spring ball being such an important factor in college, I’ll probably just stick with football depending on the opportunities in front of me.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“In no particular order, Iowa, Iowa State, UNI, Drake, SDSU, NDSU, Minnesota State, Wayne State, Saint Cloud State, and Upper Iowa.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say it’s between SDSU, NDSU and ISU. They have shown the most interest by far.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve made it to visits at ISU, NDSU, SDSU, SCSU, Minnesota State, and the U of Dubuque.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“My camps in order are Lindenwood Megacamp, ISU, Iowa, Drake, SDSU, NDSU, and UNI.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My family has always been Hawk fans, so as a kid that was my favorite school because of the home atmosphere.”
