“I have been working out every morning at 6:30 and then I lift later in the day, shoot hoops, and do a core workout.”
What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“I have improved reading defenses and recognizing offenses when I’m on defense.”
What are your areas of focus going forward?
“I am focusing on throwing the football more than anything.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I truly believe we will make it to the Dome and win it all. We have the talent to do it, but we just need to work together.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“Our roughest scheduled game is Hinton. They were young last year and didn’t lose much.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“For college, I either want to play basketball or football.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“For football, it has been Northwestern out of Orange City, Morningside, Dordt, Minnesota Moorhead, and Drake. For basketball, it is Briar Cliff and Morningside.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Northwestern, Morningside, and Briar Cliff.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I visited Northwestern and Minnesota Moorhead.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“7-on-7 at Mankato, 7-on-7 at Nebraska, and the Northwestern team camp.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college team is Ohio State. Our family loves them. We watch every football game on Saturday.”
