How has the season been going so far?
“This is a huge change from last year when we didn’t win a game. We have a new head coach and assistants and that has changed the culture. They have taught us to focus on winning each day at practice, so we can be successful on Friday nights.”
Who is your next opponent? What are your thoughts on them overall?
“Winterset. They have a lot of returners from last year. They are a fast, physical team and it will be a fun game.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“Every day we are coached to become a better version of ourselves. Our coaches place a lot of emphasis on being tough, competing, and finishing every play.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“We have to keep working hard and get better every day.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“It has always been my dream to play football at the highest level possible.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Not many right now. Hopefully it will pick up during the off-season. I plan to attend camps this summer.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“Not yet. Hopefully that will start happening this spring

“The Iowa Hawkeyes and the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors.”
