Preseason/ Week 0 Rankings

Camp week for majority of the teams across the state which means games will be starting here in a few short weeks. Just want to get things started with seeing what everyone thinks or has in their preseason ratings after all the teams have dropped down/moved up/gone away that are going to. Here is mine for the coming preseason:

1.) Don Bosco
2.) Fremont Mills
3.) Coon Rapids Bayard
4.) Ar-We-Va
5.) Audubon
6.) Central Elkador
7.) Lenox
8.) Bedford
9.) Exira-EHK
10.) AGWSR

Personally I think there is a pretty sizeable gap between the top 3/4 and the rest of the field. I say 3/4 as it all depends on what Ar-We-Va can do on defense. They will score a ton points but can the stop anyone?

I thought about putting them but I felt they had too much of a senior class loss from last year, especially Newell Fonda. Lost pretty much every player off that team from last year so its hard for me to justify putting them back in the top with what they lost. WBM didn't lose as much but still a very heavy senior led team from last year with most of their production gone on both sides of the ball.

No different than MMC, GTRA and WBM in the same district last year. Looked back and some had them all in their preseason top 6. Only difference this year is playoffs will only take 2 of them compared to 4 like last year.

It should be an exciting district. Don't sleep on Glidden Ralston either. They are a dome team from a year ago and have won 9+ games for the last 5 years.

Springville at #10?? They're is a tough district to even claim the #2 spot... midland central are the #1 and #2 teams in that district imo
