Overview:

The Mustangs struggled last season to a 3-20 record but are hoping that they can
help turn things around this year. Three athletes who spent time in the
starting lineup are back and that includes leading scorer Brad Arnold.
This senior may not have been able to help his team to many wins but he
certainly tried. He averaged 17.3 points and 7.4 boards per game.
And now that this 6-foot-3 standout is back for one final season, he would want
nothing more than to help Independence to a winning record. The team also
brings back Travis Weis, Chris Jetter, and Gus Preuss. Each one of these
players averaged over six points per game. They will need to keep working
hard to help take the pressure off of Arnold.
