I wouldn't argue with any of these picks but I would probably exchange CMB with South Tama. CMB is still going to be good but I don't think quite as good as last year - although they do return some quality skill talent. South Tama needs to replace one great lineman and their QB but has most of their team back from last year.

If CMB can rebuild their lines they'll be really good again. If not, they'll be decent but not great. I'm not sure I'd rank them at this point.

CLGLR will be a very good and very athletic team this fall. They lost Metzger on the line and Lutmer.If their line steps up, watch out.

Heard Spirit Lake just bolstered their lineup--Houston Hawkins from Okoboji to make the move across the lake. Great athlete and will contribute if he can accept his role.

I've seen Albia ranked between #1 and #7. I think they are closer to #5 than they are #1. They are so one dimensional and they will go as far as Carter Isley can carry them on his back.

jen44...in the off-season football forum in June you predicted North Fayette to repeat as state champs in 2015. Just wondering why you have them ranked 4th in your above poll? Not arguing either way.

Week 1, I believe they are the 4th best team in the state. Come playoffs, I believe they will be the number 1 team.
