Another thread initiated by me after observations at a 3A sub-state game, posed the question about the legality of a pitcher using a towel on the mound between pitches. Check that thread out.
After a weeklong debate that still has a few of us plummeting down the proverbial rabbit hole. I've elected to throw myself on the mercy of the court.
