I can't speak much to what is happening in D5 so if someone would post where everyone stands for Friday night and post season implications/scenario's, that would be appreciated.

Here is what I have for D6 so far;

Albia 6 0 0 8 0 0 9.83
Bondurant-Farrar 4 1 0 6 2 0 9.20
PCM, Monroe 3 2 0 4 4 0 3.20
Davis County, Bloomfield 3 2 0 4 4 0 2.20
C-M-B, Baxter 2 3 0 4 4 0 -1.60

Week 9 games:

Albia at Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont (ND)
Bondurant-Farrar at PCM, Monroe
C-M-B, Baxter at Davis County, Bloomfield
Clarke, Osceola at Interstate 35, Truro

A CMB loss to Davis County by any amount means they are eliminated. Davis County would be #3 and PCM would be #4 seed. Nice and clean. Nothing else then would matter.A win by CMB and a loss by PCM to Bondurant (Which seems likely) creates a 3 way with Davis County. It then goes to points since they each beat each other. The point differential margin gets complicated because they are all 3 fairly close. I'm saying PCM loses by 13 so their new point differential margin would be +1.166CMB would need to win by at least 9 points or more or DC and PCM are in and CMB is out even with a CMB win. Is that right? If Davis county loses by more than 4 points, PCM is the 3 seed

Anyone check my math or have anything to add here? Again, if someone would do this for D5, it would be appreciated.

I'm thinking that BF beats PCM and then DC beats CMB.

Therefore, it would end up:

1. Albia
2. Bondurant Farrar
3. Davis County
4. PCM

Just a glance at D5

Mediapolis 5 0 0 8 0 0 10.80
Mid-Prairie, Wellman 4 1 0 6 2 0 9.00
West Liberty 4 1 0 4 4 0 3.60
Louisa-Muscatine 3 2 0 5 3 0 5.80

District 5

Louisa-Muscatine at Mediapolis
Mid-Prairie, Wellman at West Liberty

The top 4 teams all play.

I'd say chances are it ends up just like they are right now.

1. Mediapolis
2. Mid Prairie
3. West Liberty
4. Louisa-Muscatine

So the brackets would look like this:

4. PCM (D6) @
1. Mediapolis (D5)

-------------------------------------

3. West Liberty (D5) @
2. Bondurant (D6)

==============================================

4. Louisa-Muscatine (D5) @
1. Albia (D6)

------------------------------------

3. Davis County (D6) @
2. Mid-Prairie (D5)

That look right?

D5 1. Mediapolis
2. Mid-Prairie/West Liberty
3. Mid-Prairie/West Liberty
4. L&M

Friday games
Mid-Prairie @ West Liberty to decide #2 seed
L&M @ Mediapolis. Mepo going for 3rd consecutive undefeated regular season and 30 game regular season winning streak.

I am going to take Mediapolis (D5) playing Mid-Prairie (D5) in the quarterfinals to see who goes to the Semi-finals.

Do not count out PCM and Their have lost a game on the roads expect for DC. I have heard their coach has ask BF for tape. I bet west liberty did the same in that neck of the woods. BF sat out a couple of guys as well to rest them up for the playoff not offensive but defence people He took out Petersen end the 4th quarter for he could get a rest and put in Aaron Johnson.

What happen if BF wins and Mediapolis wins. Who will get the home team in the second round. can any one help ICU taking to you. This isn't the same Bondeast I took over his fan page. I am from Bondurant farrar.

Mediapolis will be the home team in the 2nd round if they win. Doesn't matter who they play. Only away game Mepo would have is @ Albia in Quarterfinals.

What is the word on the Duffy kid, went down in the first quarter, never came back, carted him off and never saw him again, if done for the season does that hurt them

Not really We still have that Stafford kid and we got another in the wing. Who is fuller favorite target more the Duffy was used. But when they need a first down it may hurt them but BF has some capable back up look at the Jared Clark he will be the guy the replace Duffy if he out for the west liberty game. It may hurt them when they need a long first down but it may not be.

Just find out Duffy is find he had a pinch nerve in his hip. He will be playing on wed.

No respect. It won't be that close. It's laughable an undefeated team isn't ranked in the top 16. Doesn't matter though. They'll prove it on the field.

He had a pinch nerve in his hip and the coach decided to rest him for wed. He will be playing on wed night. Just to let you know SEPAlummni

I agree Dawg, it is a total lack of respect or a major computer glitch. L-M was only a 3 point dog and yet it was 35-0 before Mepo backed off the gas. I don't know that they are better than Albia, but they are much better than the other 3 teams from District 6.

How do you make that statement, what is that based on? Just when I thought the Mepo Lovers were going to let the games decid3, Orsky you give that statement, so in points what is much better?

SEP, I believe Mepo will win by 27. If it rains they may only win by 21. If they are up by 35 at half, they may only win by 19. Are those enough numbers for you? And by the way I am not a Mepo lover. Saw them play twice this year. Saw DC play twice and BF play once.

Think you miss read that what makes you think that MEPO is much better than #2-4in D6, you said they are much better,

Possibly the fact that I saw the 2 and 4 team in District 6 play and can make comparisons based on my observations. What are you basing your opinion on?

Funny, I never claimed anyone was better just defended the poll, you guys were the ones talking no respect and things of the like,

You didn't defend the poll you just challenged my opinion, for which I gave you the reason I think Mepo is better. I don't live in Mepo or support their program in any way besides commenting on a possible bias against their ranking. It was also present last year and I commented on it then as well. It's just an opinion based on seeing several of the teams play. Sorry I got under your skin.

How's this? This fact that there are 2 teams from D6 in any poll is laughable. The fact that one team from D6 is ahead of Mepo is hilarious!! I won't say definitively that Mepo is better than Albia, or B-F for that matter, but usually when a returning state runner-up goes undefeated you give them some credit. Nothing against Albia who is also 9-0, just that losing in the first round to a 3 seed two years in a row is not the same as making the Quarterfinals and Championship game.

Since I only talked about Mepo and the low 5 point spread listed for them and not any of the other D5 teams, I'll pat myself on the back for picking a 21 point win in the rain.

Seems like it should be a very good game, Bondurant-Farrar @ Mediapolis. I think Mid-Prairie @ Albia should be good, too. Hopefully it'll be a dry, calm night.

That Duffy kid didn't play against West liberty The Coach Decide to keep him out Knowing That they would win. They did better with out him. the Bietz took his spot for that game. Smart move do you think so. Did you go to PCM @ mediapolis. For the first quarter and the second one West liberty was doing a pretty damn good job. Man that quarter back threw a nice looking ball. It was tied up until with 3:45 left until half time when Petersen busted one for a touchdown. West liberty end it with a 40 yard field goal. BF just took a knee to end the half. That when rain start to come down. The west liberty quarterback made a error on the first drive of the second half option back but to BF guys that what got us the moment like the defense finally wroke up.

They rushed the ball 43x and through it 8x, not sure how that makes sense that they did better without a receiver when they threw it that few of times, with that said Bondeast, do they not use the kid vs Mediapolis, and how did the BF 2nd do?

I think you're mistaken Dawg. I believe they said the Duffy kid who is there starting QB was held out. Fuller was the running back who scored all of their points. I didn't see Duffy's name in the stat lines.

Sam Duffy did not play against WL, and is a WR. Petersen is our main back. Drake Fuller is our QB, and has been all season. 30+ rushing TD's this season.

BondEast that doesn't sound reasonable to me. Even at 35-24 at the half in sloppy conditions, the game is still in doubt. Is Duffy hurt? Giving him an extra week to heal would be the only reason to hold him out.

My bad. Quik Stats was wrong until early this afternoon. They had Aaron Johnson listed in the stats as the QB who threw passes. But it's now been updated.

End of 1st 7-0 BF
Halftime 35-24 BF
End of 3rd 56-24 BF
Final 75-30 BF

Fuller took all snaps @ QB, Peterson did not play in the 4th qtr, Aaron Johnson took all RB snaps in 4th

Duffy, did not suit or play, plan is he is needed for the WR @ Mediapolis-6-3 200, anchored the State 4 x1 and 4 x 2

Conditions were never bad, gorgeous night @ BF, mild mist to start the half, but way better than what SE Iowa played in, if it was sloppy there is no way that many pts would go up, not sure where Bondeast was that night!

54 partly cloudy in Mepo, on Mon should be good weather, especially warm in the BF stands as there are so few seats.......

I don't think sloppy even begins to describe the field conditions in Albia Wednesday night. It was like watching a game played in a swamp. Hopefully the field is in decent shape for Mondays game.

THE COACH DECIDE TO REST HIM FOR THE MEDIAPOLIS GAME. HE COULD OF PLAY BUT IT WAS THE COACH DECISON TO REST HIM FOR THE WEST LIBERTY GAME. THAT ALL I DO NOT KNOW ANY MORE INFO BUT JUST THAT. TO GIVE HIM A WEEK TO HEEL MOST LIKELY AS WELL I SAID SMART MOVE, HE WILL BE PLAYING AT WEST LIBERTY.
