Also, yes, the RPI rankings are used to create matchups based on those seedings. However, I really don't think the IHSAA is going to create brackets where there is a potential for 3.5-4.5 hour drive in the quarterfinal round. 2-2.5 hours yes, but 4 hours would be a stretch in my humble opinion.

I meant for Dike-New Hartford in that spot. It has been changed. I would agree the long drives probably won't happen but don't be surprised if they do. Some teams made some hauls last year. I personally wish after the first round it went to a neutral site.

Western Christian is going to have a terrible SOS actually worse than Mediapolis, Pleasantville isn't far behind, I am not sure they are bad enough for a 2nd place AP at 6-3 to get in over a 7-2 team, if AP beats Osage (who has the toughest schedule in the state) then it wouldn't matter

That’s true. I just think PC is the more talented team in that district and will get the job done. That game is at I35 in week 9 so that could provide a nice boost for them. Should be a good game for the district title.

Could come down to defense. Statistically it looks like they have both put up about equal points.
