Interesting 3A pairings based if based on RPI. Independence has an uphill battle to get to playoffs. While North Scott could win their district and host.

Carroll won’t be hosting. Even if, as this prediction has it, there’s a 3-way tie in D-3 that gets Decorah, Indee, and WSR in the playoffs - Carroll’s RPI is so low they will be the district champion that has to go on the road. One of Decorah/Indee/WSR is going to be at home in the first round.

There are definitely some geographical challenges in 3A if these are the teams and would be some great 1st round games. CCA and North Scott this week is a monster game and could see going either way and whoever wins changes up the playoff picture. Independence also does have its challenges but RPI if done today would get them in.
