Playing all 9 positions in a game

I listened to a podcast interview with former Council Bluffs Lewis Central star Justin Toole this week and he talks about playing all 9 positions in one minor league game when he was in high A. It is pretty interesting stuff and there can't be that many guys in the history of baseball who have done that. Has it ever happened in Iowa high school that you are aware?
