Word is Panorama's second leading scorer, Cunningham, has torn her ACL and meniscus, and is done. Panorama plays DMC Monday in the Regional Final....

It's a tough break for a good player and even better kid...

Was anyone at the regional final vs. DM Christian? Sounds like another exciting one between those two teams. Pretty low score though for an OT game - any insights??

Depending on your perspective, DMC basically went into shutdown mode in the second half. Now was it because that was their choice, or was Panorama's defense just that good. I think it was a combination of both. The score was 20-14 at halftime, and 30-30 going into OT.

DMC really tried to give it away, but was just a little bit luckier than Pan at the end. I wouldn't say it was a great game, but it was a really hard fought game on both sides.

Des Moines Register reported that over 1,000 fans were in the Adel gym. It was great atmosphere, and regardless of the low score, it was tense and exciting. Hard fought game by both teams.
