Man what a football game. Hats off to Unity. Heck of a football team. I know it comes across as geographically bias but I really think these 4 teams out of District 1 are probably in the best 6 teams in the state. I guess time will tell. For those that don't know. West Lyon kicked a game winning, what looked like a 30 plus yard field goal with 8 seconds left. I could be wrong on the yardage. CLGLR scored the go ahead td with 14 seconds left on the clock, after getting whipped the entire 3rd quarter. Feel for Unity they have some studs this one will hurt.

Two great games in D1. Feel bad for Unity and Sioux Center. Both deserved to win those games. Not sure why Unity was throwing the football up 14 with under 6 minutes to go.

Both WL and CLGLR have tough roads to get the the dome. Unity and Sioux Center and now ELC and Spirit Lake. Wow
