This game intrigues me. DNH should win, but I dont think they will blow past NL like they have in their other games.

Will be interesting to see how NL handles the spotlight and a huge game on the road. They passed the test last week vs EdCo in a big game. But, DNH is an entirely different animal than EdCo. They lost a lot up front from last years teams but still have plenty of athletes and talent. NL goes as Becker and Miller go. Those two provide a nice running combination for the Lynx as they were the only two that carried the ball last week. I think it’ll be a close game throughout the first quarter and a half maybe through halftime. But, DNH will make the needed adjustments after half and will take firm control. I’m just not sure if NL will have enough offense to keep up on the road. BC has DNH as about a 15 pt favorite. I’ll go a little bit more and say DNH by 20.

And lightning delays could occur in many games tomorrow night.

As for this evening, the weather is projected to be near perfect in West Branch.

If the conditions are wet, does that give one team an advantage?

DNH's defense is obviously very good and are a top tier passing team.

I think this will be a wakeup call for a North Linn that may be reading their own press.

DNH up 14-6 at half. 28-6 Final.

Not from NL but they have a fast QB and a fast but small wideout. Their tailback is good. So maybe they hit a play or two as i have seen DNH struggle to defend the pass at times. But I cant see them having the boys up front to give DNH any kind of scare, unless DNH turns it over 5-6 times in sloppy conditions. even then , i just dont see it. It will likely be running clock.

Not sure I buy the idea that DNH has struggled vs the pass this season so far.

DNH has allowed 7 pts all season with shutting out 3 of their 4 opponents. Teams have tried to pass with very little success whole throwing 12 int's to DNH so far. Not a ton a yardage thrown by the other teams (349 combined) and only 1 threw over 100 yards.

With that, North Linn is likely more talented than all of the other DNH opponents so far with exception to AP.

sorry, no I didnt mean this year. I just meant in the past when I have seen them against teams that do tend to throw it a bit. Not really much of a knock on DNH however, I'd say that pretty much is every team despite teams throwing it more and more. Just dont see really good secondary play for too many teams.

Nothing against NL as they are still a good team. More so it appears DNH might be the top team in the class.

Looks like NL got a wake up call tonight. Anyone at the game that has some insight? Again, district 6 looks like it will come down to the final week of the regular season.

We’ll see how things turn out, but DNH is one of the top teams. West Sioux, Van Meter, and West Lyon will all have something to say as far as being the top team.

DNH is good, potentially/probably a dome team. But I'd be pretty surprised if they win it all. Before any brackets come out, I'll say they lose in the quarters or semis
