This game intrigues me. DNH should win, but I dont think they will blow past NL like they have in their other games.
Weather will be a big factor as well
I think this will be a wakeup call for a North Linn that may be reading their own press.
DNH up 14-6 at half. 28-6 Final.
Not from NL but they have a fast QB and a fast but small wideout. Their tailback is good. So maybe they hit a play or two as i have seen DNH struggle to defend the pass at times. But I cant see them having the boys up front to give DNH any kind of scare, unless DNH turns it over 5-6 times in sloppy conditions. even then , i just dont see it. It will likely be running clock.
I had second thoughts after I posted my score prediction....agree it's likely higher.I think DNH handles them easily. 42-7.
Not sure I buy the idea that DNH has struggled vs the pass this season so far.
DNH has allowed 7 pts all season with shutting out 3 of their 4 opponents. Teams have tried to pass with very little success whole throwing 12 int's to DNH so far. Not a ton a yardage thrown by the other teams (349 combined) and only 1 threw over 100 yards.
With that, North Linn is likely more talented than all of the other DNH opponents so far with exception to AP.
Final:
DNH 62
North Linn 14
Looks like NL got a wake up call tonight. Anyone at the game that has some insight? Again, district 6 looks like it will come down to the final week of the regular season.
Nothing against NL as they are still a good team. More so it appears DNH might be the top team in the class.
