Most people at this stage know which teams they'd likely be paired with, however, here is a chart of mileage and who would host next round games. I may have missed a couple head to head tie-breakers, but it should be pretty close.

Going horizontally if you see a mileage, you could host the team above that mileage.
For example if BGM wins, they host regardless of who wins. If Gladbrook wins they could potentially host Grundy Center, L-B, L-S, or Montezuma.

The miles could be slightly off if the field isn't in the town that I assumed, but it should be fairly close. It also assumes I used the correct names for alphabetical.
