On a light note (at least I hope this isn't controversial in ANY way)
What are your favorite Team/School logos in Iowa?

I really like the super-imposed "M" and "V" in the Maq Valley Logo - really solid
And who can't like the ACGC / ACDC logo?

What others do you love , question, or I suppose, hate (if there are any really bad ones...there's some potential controversy, I guess)

I'm going off of the logos that Varsity Bound has, I tried to pick a few for each football class. To me as a classification 3A has the best set of logos. I like when a school takes a mascot and creates a unique logo for it. For example MFL is the Bulldogs and while I have seen other schools or colleges use the Bulldog they use, it isn't the one off of clipart that most schools use.

While I agree with you on ELC, you are confusing mascot with logo. Mascot is what the nickname is, logo is the actual artwork for the nickname. ELC is on my list because of the cool nickname.
