Anyone else going down for the weekend? If so, what's your favorite bbq joint?

http://www.joeskc.com In my opinion, nobody else is even close. If you're going in the evening get there early as there will be a line out the door if you're in prime eating time. Also don't let the outside fool you, it's in a gas station, but the food area is very large and the BBQ is unbelievable.
