I'd say definitely the 5k if she wants to continue on at the next level. Clearly she's done well at the 1500, but hasn't shown the 800 speed necessary to duke it out with the likes of the 3:58-4:00 girls that the USA has. I'd say her indoor 3k is indicative of more strength than speed. Who knows though, Ashley Miller popped that 2:03 earlier this spring after not coming close to that type of 800 time for her first few years. Pretty exciting seeing multiple former preps with the potential and possibility to make it on the pro circuit.
