How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“Good, we had a tough match up the first week with west branch and I think it was an eye opener for us and we started taking a different approach in practices and the focus got better.”
Have you been pleased with how you have played this season?
“I think I could do a little better on both sides of the ball but I’m glad my teammates can be play makers also.”
How do you feel your team has played?
“I think my team has come a long way since the first week and every week I think we are getting better.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“I think we can improve on the penalties and clean our game up a little.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“I feel like our main keys to being successful moving forward are listening to our coaches, staying focused, and watching film as much as we can to improve our game.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“The season didn’t really go how I imagined it going, a lot more losses than I anticipated. However, I had great teammates and a fun season.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Working out in the winter to put on weight and then run track in the spring and play baseball in the summer.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we will have a great team full of talented seniors and great leaders.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Waukon will be a tough team to beat next season.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Haven’t really seen too many juniors stand out to me.”

How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“Everything in my season has gone really well. I'm getting better every week.”
Have you been pleased with how you have played this season?
“Yes I am pleased with my performance every single week.”
How do you feel your team has played?
“I couldn’t ask for anyone else to play with my team and I have chemistry and great communication to make plays.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“My team could work on getting better reps in practice and that includes me.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“My team is very physical in every aspect and that is going to be a huge part going into playoffs this week.”

How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“Football has been going well with not just myself but our team started off slow sitting at one and two but have been able to rack up six straight wins.”
Have you been pleased with how you have played this season?
“Yes and no they are parts in my game I still need to improve on but also I have been able to contribute well to the team and put on a heavy stat line.”
How do you feel your team has played?
“I think our team these past couple weeks have really turned it on and showed the Pleasant Valley football program isn’t just a one hit wonder.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“I think working on our pass defense and parts of our running game with that fixed were a hard team to stop.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“To stay focused and know if we play our game and we play to our ability we can beat any team out there.”

“Better than I expected, the J-Hawks are really making a name for themselves this year.”

“Overall, I believe that I have kept improving from week to week which I’m happy with.”

“I feel like my team has really exceeded expectations and earned respect throughout these last two seasons.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“Our defense has really been putting on a show this year. I believe with the improvement of our offense we are really a powerful team.”
