Find out what some of the top players in the state are saying about the football season now!

Ankeny Centennial athlete Easton Miller
How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“It’s gone great so far. Happy to play again this year because last year I was out with a torn meniscus.”

Have you been pleased with how you have played this season?
“Our first game I played well but still have things to work on and get better at.”

How do you feel your team has played?
“As a team we did not play the best on Friday but we will improve a lot throughout the year.”

What do you feel your team can improve on?
“On the offensive side we can work on just staying calm and having multiple plays we can run and execute. On defense I think we can improve on really wrapping up and securing the tackle and just being more physical.”

What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“All together we just need to play our game and stay comfortable when the pressure is on.”
