UNI visit
"It was pretty good. Being able to see the Dome and everything around it was pretty cool. It was a really fun trip."
Did you commit?
"No, I didn't. I'm not eligible yet so I got to do some work on my end to get eligible and see what happens."
Did they offer a scholarship?
"Yes they did but I just got to work on getting eligible."
When will you know if you are eligible?
"I don't know when. We'll see this next semester and how it fits with the sliding scale on ACT and stuff. I didn't know I was ineligible."
When did you find out?
"I think it was last week."
Where do you stand with the UNI offer and being eligible?
"He said signing day is coming up and I sent him my grades from last semester. He is going to see if it is realistic about me becoming eligible. If it is, I have to commit to a plan to become eligible and he'll go from there. It is a big risk on his end so we'll see what he does."
What other schools are recruiting you?
"I have Western Illinois next weekend and they are pretty high up there. I have Winona State the following week and then the Monday after I am going to Iowa Western to see what a junior college would be like."

"If I become eligible, UNI would be my favorite."
