Looking to impress coaches at your junior day or summer
prospect camps? Looking to run times at your true potential?

My name is Kent Henderson, and I am a college senior at Iowa State University
majoring in Kinesiology and Physical Education. Last summer I interned at a
Nike Sports Performance Gym in Boston, MA. There, I trained high school seniors
and college athletes in speed and agility, and getting them prepared for their
combines. I am looking to bring my knowledge back to Iowa and help Iowa high
school football players get noticed.

I am located in Ames but am willing to travel for athletes!

Last week, I trained an All-State linebacker and lowered his 40 time by 0.10 and pro
agility by 0.15 all in just ONE HOUR.

Also, I trained a wide receiver and took his 40 time from a 4.82 to a 4.75 and
lowered his pro agility from 4.58 to 4.35 also in just ONE HOUR.

From my experience, simply using proper technique can lower times.

During an initial trial workout, we go over the following basics:

Speed and acceleration development
40 yd dash start position technique
40 yd running mechanic and acceleration
Pro agility shuttle start technique
Pro agility shuttle cutting and acceleration

Cost: for a 1 on 1 session for 75 minutes will only cost 30 dollars! Lower times guaranteed

Also available: 4 session, 8 session, and 12 session plans that can be changed from 1 on 1, to 2 on 1, and also 3 on 1. Those prices are available upon request.

These sessions will also go over speed and agility drills as well as position drills
that you will do at these camps to impress college coaches!

You can email me to set up a session or any questions about pricing and meetings at
