Good for you, hit those oysters and throw some Tabasco on them 😋 Last time I was in the “redneck riviera” I went deep sea fishing from Capt Anderson’s (?) and whooped it up on the strip….used to be a couple of amusement parks out there, Petticoat Junction and…..?
Yep. Been a while for me butDothan was pretty damn good. I grew up going to Apachicola with my Grandpa and buying them right off the boats. Learned how to shuck em at an early age. Gotta have some cocktail sauce heavy on the horseradish, @Reasoned.
I'm assuming that meant 3 dozen oysters as opposed to ordering 3 oysters.
I eat at the one in Dothan at least once a week, and I’ll eat em raw year round.
Appalachicola beds reopen next year, and it can’t come soon enough.
They been getting oysters from Cedar Key. Bastages in Georgia have been using all the Apalachicola river water an F'n the beds up. Yes you Georgia bastages!

Being a flat lander and not being close to fresh seafood (unless you count a Filet-O-Fish from whackin Ron’s 😏) always thought raw oysters looked and frankly tasted (plain at least) like a honkin goober (and no, not the Auburn type 😊)
Filet o fish is not seafood. I’m not really sure what it is, considering it spawns from McDonald’s.
Of course it’s not, just being sarcastic. There’s probably more fish in a fish cracker.
I'm actually amazed that McDonald's is still in business. Most of what they serve is barely considered food.
McAdoo's has done a decent job of revamping their menu... but they're still not as good as Taco Bell.... yummmm!

Agree with this entirely. The entire menu, short of the sausage and egg McGriddle, is disgusting.
I love them too but I can't eat them year round. I've heard the Vibrio whatever crap is no joke.

I love the finer things in life, specifically when it comes to food, but I will proudly admit that I crave certain things that only deplorables eat… and I’ll eat them sober. @billywayneluck please close your browser if this is going to upset you 😃
Waffle House- crispy hashbrown bowl, I get the eggs over medium in it and use their grilled chicken as my selected meat.
Taco Bell- a soft taco with their branded hot sauce.
Checkers fries
McDonald’s- nuggets for my daughter even though they are pure trash, but will go get their fries 9/10 times that I have a hangover and roughly 4/10 times get a McDouble.
Krystal- don’t hate. Those little wagyu beef burgers are top shelf eating 👌

I’m down with Waffle House. I admit the McDonald’s fries are pretty good. Everything else seems to have degraded.
Also note that when drunk palates change. So I can give a pass when booze is involved.
That’s said I’m not a liberal so not going to get triggered and cry if you consume something I wouldn’t.
Haven’t been to Hunt’s in years (or PC for that matter), but their crab claws were awesome. I’m not a big oyster guy.
I'd like to tell you that they keep the yang up but truthfully, I'm half hard walking into the place.

All of this looks great to me! Taco Bell's rolled chicken tacos are to die for... What's even better is to get TB's seasoning mix at Kroger's (or wherever) and their branded hot/mild sauce... use your own ground beef and this is very tasty.

Personally I’m missing the cold Italian from Arby’s. It was deli good. Surprising salami.
Publix or Jersey Mike's Italian sub. Too much sodium for me, but you'll thank me later.
Just had a Jersey Mike’s a couple days ago. Pretty good stuff. But for any of you in Lanner near Buford Hwy/285, stop in at Baldino’s and get either the American Army or Italian Batallion sub. Damn.
