High School Fall Leagues?

I heard of a new HS Fall League being run in Sioux City called the Elite28?

Looks like some big time NW Iowa Teams playing in it!

My son is playing in the Gym Rats league at Kingdom Hoops. Sundays in Sep and Oct. It's run by Todd Miller (DSM Christian HC). I'd like to see his team play in it, but I think he's the only player on the roster playing in a league.

I hear Todd Miller runs great events and leagues in the Des Moines Area!!

I've always found him easy to deal with. My older son played in that league for a year or two and had a great time. Everything he runs seem to be well organized and (mostly) on time.

What school does your son play for...maybe their team should enter the league.

CMB. I sent his coach the info and he was going to talk to the team about it, but it sounds like there isn't much interest. Basketball there takes a backseat to football and track.

Like I said, my older son played in that league. He actually had a bunch of teammates that were fairly into basketball and none of them wanted to play offseason basketball. My younger son is one of about two players at any level there that is really a basketball junkie, the other one is his best friend who is actually thinking about playing.

Funny, they're both FR and will likely see some good minutes on varsity this year, wonder why that is?
