Were it only so, truth be told the entire DOJ should’ve been “dismissed”.
Why do they have 71 charges if only 4 are sure convictions? Isn‘t this what a prosecutor does when he isn’t sure he can get a conviction? Sort of shotgun charges hoping something will hit.
But if they violated Trump‘s rights in the investigation with misconduct then all the charges will probably be dismissed even if he is guilty of something.
Gator lies about most of these inept Trump ramblings, so you just kinda have to take the horseshit for what it is.
If you were paying attention you would know that there are about four charges (4/37 on video in MAL )where there is no escape. Everything else is gravy. I DGAS about the rest ( the Manhattan trial is a waste) .. neither does Jack. He’s got all he needs between video and self incriminating statements in MAL documents and especially Bedminster, NJ where he actuall showed top secrets documents with SCIF nuclear level clearance to a Chinese lobbyist. .. plus a 30 yo co-conspirator who will flip or go to prison for life.

Doesn’t make a crap if they obtained it by misconduct it is inadmissible. You are smart enough to know that. That’s what the gentlemen’s Federal Judge friend was saying., that there was misconduct in the investigation.
if that was the only way they could get the info they probably did it, hoping if it would get thru. If it all gets dismissed they at least had a bunch of crap charged against him and he could get tried by CNN on TV, proving once again it’s just political prosecution.

You are badly misinformed. The admissibility of the evidence taken during the MAL search has been appealed to the 11th circuit and SCOTUS admissibility and was upheld UNANIMOUSLY and the Trump local Federal judge admonished.
Even the Special Master appointment was overruled. That part was over months ago.
