Did anyone go to Harlan game last night? See they lost to Council Bluffs Lewis Central. CB is ranked 40th in 4a according to BC Moore. Lost by 13. That definitely changed my opinion about substate 1 in 3a.

I wouldn't under estimate Harlan, they are really good. Juhl is a really great player! Lewis Central has really improved with the way they are playing and they are a solid well coached 4A program.

i sort of wondered myself what happen, since harlan beat the titans by 16 earlier in the season...lewis central had a hot 2nd qt, harlan was down by 15...i quess later in the game harlan got within 5, then the titans went out another hot streak

Still, elite 3a schools shouldn't lose to the 40th ranked 4a schools. CB Lincoln central has a lot of bad losses on their resume. Injuries or suspensions?? I'm picking MOC in substate 1.

Seems like every year there are a bunch of upsets in the last two or three games of the regular season. Sometimes, it is the best thing that can happen to a team. Definitely increases the focus going forward.

harlan can be very dominate in some games...when they played atlantic(very tall and top 3a team), they were ahead by 26 at one time...just depends on what harlan team shows up...the cyclones strong point is defense, they usually very good defensive and rebounding team...i got to go with harlan in sub 1
