Yes.. HAARSLEV (Denmark) wanted to focus on rendering equipment . Germans ( and me) wanted to focus on shit burning —> energy because of the new PFAS incineration pollutant regulations. That happened in Charlotte last month.

Both companies will be better off. So I have to restart all corporate activities here, go the LLC thing etc. since I’m starting from scratch probably in FL so I don’t have to pay Alabama tax.

Hoping this will be my last foreign startup #7 now.
All of this in the middle of finishing up and renting or selling that fvcking lake house… and spinal surgery after effects complicates all of it.

I got lucky and paid mostly cash from estate proceeds. You know my whole family has pretty much passed on in the last 3-4 yrs . Had to liquidate and divvy up. Just me and the kids now.

What hurt the worst was may 21 peak Covid inflation… , 8 mo delay on custom windows( still missing one) , the framing package ^53% and copper/electrical ^80%.

I will indeed have a Trump room. It’s a walled off mechanical room with the tankless water heater and softener, switchgear, network, AC air handler.

KT you should come up and see thi mf and we can take a leak on my Trump poster. It has a drain sump. New pontoon you need to check out. . Bring some fried chicken.

Just bought a tritoon. As it turns out, they aren't giving those fvckers away. It wasn't even on "sale."

Apparently we needed wifi, an ice maker and eleventeen other stupid things that I had no idea were required for floating on a lake. 🙄

Built in. I'm sure there was no extra charge for the capability.

It also has a shower on the back near the ladder to wash the lake water off when you're done swimming. Turns out you're washing off with lake water however, lol. It can store a bit of clean fresh water but if you shower with it, the ice cubes are lake water. 😂
