Looks like the shortage in agricultural workers in the southwest US may be alleviated.

Glad you asked...I would suggest secure borders along with immigration policies that resemble something from this century.
I'd also make sure that those who overstay their visas GTFO and I'd refuse them re-entry unless it was advantageous for us to allow them back in.
Either that....or I'd just let people cross willy-nilly without a fvcking clue who they are or what they're planning to do.

Just an observation… I’m building a house where the contractor has used 90% Mexican labor . When the Mexican crews were there not ONE tool or anything of value disappeared. They worked their asses off high speed -rain or shine. Exceptional workmanship.
However , when the all local white country redneck meth-head laborers were on the job, Many skippped work, I lost multiple tools ladders etc. Found a few in the pawn shop. LEOs located the peeps. All 4 were white skin head type dudes.
What conclusion would you reach?
Another observation. You are using a shitty contractor if they are having to borrow your tools to build a house.

Mexicans, blacks, whites, we all have shit heads that do what you described above...except for the Asians. They just dominate science and math.
