#1 Western Dubuque and Dub. Wahlert getting ready at the Loras College Rock Bowl. After a one hour lightning delay, the game is expected to be played in its entirety. WD's Calvin Harris is throwing over 75% completions with no interceptions after four games. Wahlert beat Clinton 48- 0 last week, but I don't know who from Clinton could even start for Western Dubuque. Wahlert is minus their top players with injuries- end Nick Bandy and running back Gabe Ansoetter, who gained 268 yards rushing last week. Receiver Quagliano out for WD
WD ahead 7-0 on their 1st possession, on a pass from Harris. Eagles have multiple fumbles and two kicks that slide off the punter's foot.
WD now 13-0 in 1st, on another TD pass from Harris.
WD 20-0 after 3rd Harris TD pas after Wahlert's third wet hands fumble on three possessions.
WD 26-0 Half. All on Calvin Harris' passes. LSU's getting a great athlete.
WD 33-0 on Harris 5th TD throw.
WD-40-0 finally on a run. Continuous clock.

harlan seems to be improving, but not on the level of lewis central, lewis central is not highly ranked because they are no good. when i saw the carlilse score, i thought , well, maybe harlan can keep it close.....lewis central will be a favorite , no doubt about it....what surprised me in the adm game, adm has a stud lineman that plays both ways, and harlan was able to contain him for most of the game..harlans offensive line only averages 200lbs

Awfully hard to ignore that LC beat SBL by 28.....and a week later SBL beat Harlan by 20.
Both of those games were at SBL. Even though Harlan enjoys homefield against LC... its not going to be enough.
when harlan played sbl, they had pass,s dropped left and right, harlan seems to be connecting on the passing game now....there was only 50 yrd difference in that sbl game...i was really surprised when lewis central played carlisle , that the score was so close..i thought lewis central would blow them off the field
Heelan outplayed SBL tonight. They lost but SBL got lucky and has a team that is not good.
EastIowa Where were all the Wahlert players? They were missing a solid lineman, running back and the good athlete that plays all over. Injuries? Quit? Grades? Other?
SBL 4-1 Heelan 1-4 who is not good. Heelan had one first down in first half and scored on two lucky plays then got drubbed in money quarter 22-0. Stick with beating West. And keep Jansen there please
Well Harlan will be a good test for LC. You are right about Carlisle, close game. I believe defense will determine that game. LC has some kids with not only size and speed but experience playing at the 4A level. These guys knocked off Valley and Urbandale to name a few. Offensively Max Duggan has gone but they seem to still be rolling up points. Well, that's why they play the game.
