No wonder they win by so much... They have a huge handicap.

Brinkman with three 70 yard touchdown runs. All three possessions lasted 3 plays or less.

Jacob Adams was solid again.

7/7 on PAT's
1/1 on FG's (42 yards)
9 kick offs 7 touchbacks

One kick off was a squib kick right before half and on the other, one kick returner actually jumped up on the other's shoulders just to bat the ball away from going into the end zone. Regina recovered the kick and scored on the next play.

St. Ansgar up 10-0 over Sumner Fredricksburg, 1:17 left in the first.

However, I underestimated the power of North Cedar as well. Starting to build a case for West Branch being a legit contender.

Well, right away we have ourselves a conundrum because Saint Ansgar and South Winn don't have anyone below a 1-seed under 150 miles away to play if North Cedar and D-NH get sent down to face West Branch and Regina, which I expect will happen.

So who will the State make travel 2 and a half hours to play these two?................

That's kinda why I had Bellevue going elsewhere (I had E-B-F playing D-NH instead and only Emmetsburg-Western Christian as a quote-unquote East-West crossover), but what do I know. I'm not a doctor....................

When you pair an eastern team with a western team and all the western teams win, you're left with an uneven number. Just sayin.

I think they saw that score and took it as a personal insult. "Ppffhh, he thought we could only score 60....well here's 66!"

Well at least they stopped at 66. Regina wouldn't want to score 9 more points while going for 2 with a pass to their starting kicker and be known as a team that likes to run up the score.
