Drew Peppers

After seeing the Newell Fonda and EHK score, it was surprising, but once I found out Drew Peppers went down with an injury, I had assumed that was why their was such a huge gap between scores. I read an article about his status for the rest of the year. Any updates on when he could return? 1st round of playoffs? Second round? I'm sure he's pretty anxious to get back at it even if he's not even close to 100% given the fact Exira fell to a 3 seed outta district one. Such a heart breaker for such a promising athlete and team but if he comes back round 2 that could set up some very interesting round two match ups. Possibly Exira vs Glidden? Or maybe even CRB vs Exira? Or maybe even MMC vs EXira? Those all could be possible 2nd round games inside the 125 mile radius

If Exira/EHK drops to a 3 seed that means they could possibly play CR-B in the first round. That would be quite the opening round game if Peppers does return.

I'm not from the area, I was just concerned when I had found out. I assume he's shooting to comeback in the second round. It is unfortunate he got injured, because he is a wonderful athlete. Hope he does make a return during the playoffs, although I would like him to recover and be 100%!

Will he be 100% in only two weeks? His game is all about his ability to run, not sure how well he'll do if he isn't 100%. He isn't nearly as valuable to E/EH-K if he can't make all the plays with his feet.
