Hinton
Lose: Blake Mossberg
Return: Jay Small, Terrill Henrich, Daniel Bishop, Truman Schmitt
Hinton will be a very athletic team and will need some guys to step up in the trenches to be a top team down the stretch. The athletes are there.
West Lyon
Lose: Jake Newborg, Dylan Whalen, Vaughn Moser, Chase Grotewold
Return: Trevor Rozeboom, Beau Kellenberger, Dylan Huyser
West Lyon has lost some great athletes over the last couple years, but they continue to produce solid teams. They will need to fill alot of spots and will need some underclassmen to step up.
Western Christian
Lose: Justin Faber, Brady Vant Hul
Return: Tyson Kooima Taylor Miedema
Western will see how far their junior QB can take them. If he steps up his game they will be tough to be. Line play will also be a big.
Unity Christian
Lose: Travis Viet, Dominic Byl
Return: Levi Schoonhoven, Matthew Griffith
Unity has some big boys and has some good potential. If they put things together I see them surprising alot of teams this fall and maybe move up.
Ridge View
Lose: John Kofmehl
Return: Ryan Cougill, Peyton Boyle
Ridge View impressed me with their effort down the stretch last fall and will have some solid players returning. The big question is depth.
Sibley Ocheyedan
Lose: Ethin Mino, Alex Fisher
Return: Garrett Sayler, Carson Marco
Sibley may be another team that could surprise some teams, but alot will ride on the shoulders of their QB Garrett Sawyer. They will go as he goes IMO.
HMS
Lose: Blake Simons, Brett Waechter, Dakota Drenth
Return: Jordan Japenga
HMS will be thin this year. Last year's team had two D1 athletes and struggled. What will happen now that they are gone?
