Do all schools have this? Just some?

Did the IAHSAA change the rule? At one point, Iowa teams couldn't play games during the break by rule.

Well I know the no game rule still applies, but a lot of schools have a "dead week" where the gym is shut and you can't even practice. Is this a state thing or just on a school by school basis. It happens during the Christmas week.
