Davenport Central Blue Devils New Helmet Decals for This Season

The Davenport Central Blue Devils (Class 4A, District 7) switched out their decals on their helmets for this season as seen in the images below. It might be a minor change, but I noticed them.

The new helmet decals which features the stylized "C" on both sides to represent Central:


The old helmet decals which featured a the devil's pitchfork on both sides:

I like the trident better than the generic "C". Maybe they should have just modified it to look more like the trident that Arizona State uses.
