D7 week 6 pics

I'm running on little sleep at this point, so my clarity may be a bit....unclear;


Norwalk 28 at Chariton 17 -- Chariton is at home....they have a better record....they won't beat Norwalk. The meat of Chariton's schedule is now here. Norwalk will be too big and physical for Chariton. Chariton's TE is having quite a year though!

Oskaloosa 14 at Grinnell 31 (ND) -- Grinnell seems to be on the upswing, Osky....not so much. Osky is really struggling. They may be done padding the win column for the year. Don't see this game being close.

Pella 35 at Carlisle 21 -- Wow, how 'bout them Wildcats! What a great win over Ballard last Friday. I was able to see the game on Mediacom replay and was very impressed with Carlisle. Ballard has a great rushing attack and was effectively shut down. Carlisle's QB made some very nice, timely throws to break open the game. But, Pella is a different animal. Pella's offense will be much more successful then Ballard's. Knoxville rushed for 400 yards against Carlisle's D. But, I really like Carlisle's offense. Explosive run game and good passing game. This will be the best test Pella's D has had this year. Carlisle's O line will have to step up big. Other then one big run last year, they couldn't do much against the Dutch D. Carlisle will score some points, Pella will score more.

Saydel 14 at Knoxville 38 -- The Panthers showed some good grit last week against Pella. Saydel got blasted. Knoxville is a physical team with a strong running attack, depending on the opponent. Saydel will have a very tough time stopping it. Knoxville will have a fun homecoming.

4. I'm going with Knoxville. I think they have a great chance of beating Osky, Chariton, and Saydel to secure the 4th spot.

Norwalk 35 at Chariton 21 Charger offense will move the ball, but Norwalk has enough talent to pull away.

Oskaloosa 21 at Grinell 42 Osky struggling. Very interested to see what happens when they host Knoxville in a couple weeks.

Pella 35 at Carlisle 28 Carlisle is very good, but the Dutch have been more impressive this season.

Saydel 21 at Knoxville 30 I'll say Saydel puts up a fight tonight, despite it being Knoxville's homecoming. Big games for the Panthers coming up in the next couple of weeks.
