Not quite the toss up that D4 is but I think that there are quite a few question marks, here is my best educated guess
Xavier
Decorah
Waverly SR
Benton
Vinton
Independence
South Tama
Charles City
I start with Xavier because they return possibly the best QB and RB they have ever had, they lost to Decorah in the playoffs, but I think they'll be just ahead of them this year, I think Decorah could be a top 5 team this year, seemed that a few younger players stepped up to get them a couple of wins in the playoffs. I put Waverly next because they seem to be good at everything, they have some holes to fill but I think they will have the athletes to do so. Benton next because I think year 2 of the return of Coach Goodchild will see continued progress, and they do return some key talent off of a playoff team last year, although they came out of a weak district. Vinton has some talent both up front and in the skill positions but never seem to put it together, but it would surprise me to see them higher time will tell. Independence is a program on the rise but lost almost everything from last years team. South Tama is similar, lost a ton off of last years great team and it'll be interesting to see how moving back up will impact them. Finish with Charles City because I don't see much talent or depth, and its hard to win in 3A with that.
